Rhenna Navajo Edwards was arrested for drunken driving in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and was later charged in the District Court for Oklahoma County, Oklahoma with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of 47 O.S.1971 § 11-902. Shortly after his arrest Edwards voluntarily agreed to take a so-called breathalyzer test. This test was administered by a qualified Oklahoma City police...
