HOWELL, Justice.

This is a suit to quiet title to real property located in Union County. The plaintiffs claim to have acquired title to one-half of the property by conveyance and to the other half by adverse possession. The defendants, record owners of an undivided half-interest in the property, claim the plaintiffs have failed to establish title by adverse possession in defendants' one-half interest.
