Plaintiffs, Myrtle Baptiste Darensbourg and her husband, William Darensbourg, filed suit against defendants, Michael Terranova and Joseph Terranova, d/b/a Terranova Food Store, and Commercial Union Assurance Company, their liability insurer, to recover damages for a contusion in the lumbo sacral area together with a possible chip fracture of the sacral sustained by Mrs. Darensbourg when she slipped and fell on a foreign substance while shopping at defendants...
