This action arises from a dispute over an apartment project called River Hollow, which was constructed on land owned by the Catsman Realty Company. The construction of the apartments was financed by a loan from Kelly Mortgage Company, secured by a mortgage on the premises and the personal guarantee of Samuel M. Catsman.
