OPINION

MURRAY M. SCHWARTZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a former teacher, has sued the Delaware State Education Association, Inc. ("DSEA") and the Board of Education of the DeLaWarr School District for damages and reinstatement, alleging that she was discharged without being afforded certain procedural rights. Defendant DSEA has moved to dismiss the complaint on the grounds, inter alia, that the applicable statute of limitations has run.
