The defendants, Andrew K. Mearns, III, Peter John Thomas and John William Hedley, were indicted on two counts of distributing cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and one count of conspiracy to violate Section 841(a)(1), under 21 U.S.C. § 846.
