Appellant was indicted by the grand jury of Jefferson County for buying, receiving, concealing or aiding in concealing one twodoor Chevrolet automobile, the property of Travis Lynn Hanna. At arraignment, in the presence of counsel, he entered a plea of not guilty to the charge against him. A jury found the appellant guilty, fixing the value of the automobile at four thousand dollars and the trial court sentenced appellant to two years of imprisonment...
