Plaintiff sued defendants under the "New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law." Sections 59-11-1, et seq., N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl. Vol. 9, pt. 1). She alleged two separate "occupational diseases": (1) a "severe neurotic mental depression" allegedly developed by continued mental and physical harassment by male employees on the loading dock who objected to a female dock employee; and...
