BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Michael Wayne Edens, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Washington County, Case No. CRF-75-416, with the offense of Unlawful Delivery of L.S.D., in violation of 63 O.S.Supp. 1977, § 2-401. He was convicted by a jury and his punishment was assessed at ten (10) years' imprisonment and a Seventy-five Hundred Dollar ($7,500.00) fine...
