Lehmann were charged in the same bill of information with the crime of "simple burglary of a pharmacy located at 246 Metairie Road, Metairie, Louisiana belonging to Metairie Pharmacy, owned by Joseph Tobin" in violation of La.R.S. 14:62.1.
