Appellant, Sharon Janell Francis Webb, filed a petition for a separation from bed and board from her husband, Billy Lee Webb, on February 5, 1975, in the District Court of LaSalle Parish. Mr. Webb filed an answer in the proceedings and was represented by counsel of his choice, Elodie K. Parker. On May 27, 1975, judgment granting the separation was rendered.
