This is a suit by plaintiff, Badon's Employment, Inc., against defendant, Dean R. Smith, to recover a fee for services rendered by plaintiff in procuring employment for defendant pursuant to a written contract between the parties. The amount of the claim is $891, together with legal interest thereon from date of judicial demand until paid, plus twenty-five percent as attorney fees and all costs of the proceedings.
