J. R. C. 2923.03, a part of the new Criminal Code, effective January 1, 1974, provides, in relevant part:

"(A) No person, acting with the knd of culpability required for the commission of an offense, shall do any of the following:

"(2) Aid or abet another in committing the offense;

"(D) No person shall be convicted of complicity under this section solely...
