This damage suit arises as a result of a head-on collision between a pick-up truck driven by Herman Ledoux and a motorcycle operated by Johnny Ray Stoute. Clyde Darbonne was riding as a passenger on the motorcycle operated by Stoute. The accident occurred June 20, 1976 on Louisiana Highway 741, St. Landry Parish, shortly after midnight.
