The sole issue involved in this appeal is whether the occupant of a motor vehicle which is involved in an accident with a second motor vehicle is entitled to personal injury protection benefits from the insurer of the owner of the second motor vehicle under Section 627.736(4)(d), Florida Statutes (Supp. 1976) of the Florida Automobile Reparations Act.
