This matter comes before our court on petition by the State Farm Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as "State Farm" or "petitioner") to vacate an arbitrator's award in the amount of $3,000 to Ernest Voight and Elizabeth Willis (hereinafter referred to as "Voight" and "Willis," respectively, or "respondents").
