This is an appeal from entry of a summary judgment against the appellants, Charles R. Peterson and Neva R. Peterson. Plaintiff, appellee herein, is a banking institution in Lander, Wyoming, which sought the foreclosure of certain real estate mortgages upon a ranch near Lander, which was owned by Earl J. and Marjorie H.
