This case arises out of a workmen's compensation claim brought by the plaintiff against the city of Manchester Fire Department. A hearing was held before the deputy labor commissioner on June 19, 1975, resulting in a ruling on July 23, 1975, that the plaintiff was entitled to no further benefits.
