Plaintiffs, lessors, appeal from the dismissal of their claim for unpaid rent during a nine-month unexpired term of a written lease when the rented premises were vacated by the lessee and left unoccupied and not subleased. In answer to the appeal, defendant lessee seeks reimbursement of the amount paid in rent during a 13 month occupancy, moving expenses, damages for breach of contract and losses to furniture and equipment caused by leaks in the roof...
