MAUGHAN, Justice:

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendant, on its counterclaim. We affirm, and award costs to defendant.

Plaintiff, as successful bidder, entered into a contract with defendant to construct the Tooele Valley Airport, on January 9, 1975. Prior to submitting its bid, plaintiff inquired of the project engineer whether he had any information concerning the water table in the proposed construction area.
