After remandment by the Supreme Court of Alabama, AFFIRMED on authority of the opinion of the Supreme Court, S.C. 2622, July 14, 1978, 375 So.2d 1229. Per Curiam. All the Judges concur.

Reversed, Ala., 375 So.2d 1231, on remand, Ala.Cr.App., 375 So.2d 1236.
