N.J. KAUFMAN, J.

Charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, MCL 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1), MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, and with inciting, inducing or exhorting first-degree murder, MCL 750.157b; MSA 28.354(2), defendant was acquitted of the conspiracy charge, and convicted of the inciting, inducing or exhorting charge. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment and appeals as of right.
