This action is brought to require the defendants to admit a "paralegal" to the Georgia State Prison at Reidsville for the purpose of interviewing prisoner clients of an attorney. Plaintiffs sought a temporary restraining order which was, in effect, a mandatory injunction. The TRO was denied by this Court on July 3, 1978.
