Plaintiff, a 69 year old employee of the Federal Home Loan Bank, is suing individual officers of the Bank under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA") and the Fifth Amendment for discriminatorily denying him promotional and educational opportunities based solely on his age.
