The Fruin-Colnon Corporation petitions this Court to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board requiring it and the Laborers International Union of North America, AFL-CIO Local 282, to reinstate seven employees, and to make them whole for their loss of earnings when they were discharged, laid off or otherwise discriminated against. The Board cross petitions for enforcement of its order.1
