Plaintiff sued the administratrix of a succession demanding specific performance of an alleged agreement to sell a tract of land belonging to the Succession of Vera Childress Jackson. Finding no enforceable agreement for the sale of the property, the trial court rejected plaintiff's demands. Plaintiff appeals and we reverse.
