This is a suit for injunction brought by Rosebank Development Corp. and Betty Couch (herein to be collectively referred to as Rosebank) against Howard E. Cook, his wife Barbara Jean Cook, and Charles Freig (herein to be collectively referred to as Cooks) to prevent the Cooks from obstructing a strip of land known and herein referred to as South Road thereby preventing Rosebank from using the strip as a public way and to compel Cook to remove obstructions...
