The appellant in this case was fifteen years of age at the time of the alleged robbery of Ms. Geneva Boyd on August 5, 1977. The grand jury of Madison County returned the indictment of the appellant on October 25, 1977. The appellant's case was transferred to the Madison County Juvenile Court on December 6, 1977.
