This appeal from a judgment denying the reconventional demand of the defendant, Claude Deroche, emanates from an executory process, brought by the plaintiff, American Bank & Trust Company of Houma, Louisiana. The executory process action has been dismissed as the defendant extinguished the indebtedness including attorney's fees and court costs. Deroche reconvened against the American Bank and filed a third party demand against Fidelity Life Insurance...
