Defendant (Appellant) was charged with and convicted of first degree murder, Ind. Code § 35-13-4-1 (Burns 1975), in a trial by jury. He was sentenced to imprisonment for life, and raises the following issues on appeal:

(1) The sufficiency of the evidence upon the elements of purposefulness, premeditation, malice.
