This appeal is from an order revoking probation. On September 13, 1976, appellant pled guilty to the offense of delivery of more than one-fourth ounce of marihuana, and his punishment was assessed at three years in the Texas Department of Corrections. Imposition of sentence was suspended and probation was granted, subject to certain terms and conditions. Condition (a) of the order of probation was that appellant "commit no offense against...
