PER CURIAM.

On February 10, 1976, defendant was arrested and charged with delivery of a controlled substance, MCLA 335.316; MSA 18.1070(16) and MCLA 335.341(1)(b); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(b). After a preliminary examination in the district court, defendant was bound over for trial to the circuit court. On February 17, 1977, the circuit court entered an order granting defendant's motion to suppress the evidence and quash the information. The people appeal as of right.<...
