This is a damage suit arising out of an automobile collision. Plaintiffs, Mrs. Clara Hall1 and Mrs. Willie Ola Savage, were driving east on Highway 84 in Cherokee County, Texas, in an automobile driven by Mrs. Hall. Defendant, Billy Joe Fannin, was proceeding west on Highway 84 and, as he was attempting to turn left off the highway at an uncontrolled intersection, he collided...
