WERNICK, Justice.

On June 14, 1977 defendant Joseph Steinberger, duly licensed to practice law in this State, was acting as the attorney for the defendants in the jury trial of a civil action in the Superior Court (Lincoln County). During the trial, attorney Steinberger was summarily1 adjudged guilty of contempt of court. He has appealed from that judgment.

We deny the appeal.
