The plaintiffs are employees of Oznemoc, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation doing business as the Naked I Lounge in Boston. They began this action on March 21, 1978 under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaining that the defendant officials, by enforcing certain "mingling regulations" at the lounge, deprived plaintiffs of rights under the First and Fifth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
