The Ouachita Parish Supervisors Association and the supervisors employed by the Ouachita Parish School Board appeal a declaratory judgment which decreed that the supervisors were not entitled to participate in the proceeds of a sales tax levied by a Ouachita Parish School Board ordinance passed pursuant to a tax election held on May 25, 1968.
