Defendants-appellees, Thomas Decano, Jr., Herbert Naone, Jr. and Dennis Naone, were indicted by the Kauai Grand Jury for 25 counts of Robbery in the First Degree. Defendants filed a motion to quash the indictment claiming prejudicial misconduct of a government witness at the grand jury proceedings.
