DALLY, Judge.

The appellant was indicted for, convicted of, and now appeals from the conviction for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle under V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 31.07. Appellant was sentenced to five years' imprisonment.

On January 10, 1976, appellant borrowed Gloria Alex's car, telling her he would return it in a couple of hours. Two days later he called Alex from out of town, telling her that something was wrong with the car. Alex...
