Defendants Page and Jones were tried together before a jury and found guilty on all counts.1 Page was charged with two counts of distributing heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Jones was charged in a separate count with possession of heroin with intent to distribute in violation of § 841(a)(1).
