The precise question presented by this appeal is whether a district court has jurisdiction of the cause where the plaintiffs in their original petition, did not allege jurisdictional facts and an amended original petition was subsequently filed that, by adding new plaintiffs and aggregating all claims, did allege jurisdictional facts.
