These are two public utility rate cases in which Bristol County Water Company (the company or Bristol Water) is appealing from certain actions taken by the Public Utilities Commission (the commission). The appeal relates to the company's efforts to obtain the commission's approval for a 1974 proposal and a 1976 proposal, each of which would have increased the cost of water being consumed by many residents of the Barrington-Bristol...
