Appellant, Larry Glenn Beck, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-76-1575, for the offense of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana with Intent to Distribute in violation of 63 O.S. 1971, § 2-401. His punishment was fixed at five (5) years' imprisonment with the last four (4) years being suspended...
