This is an appeal from the Laurel Circuit Court which affirmed the Opinion and Award of the Workmen's Compensation Board finding the claimant, Freddie Mitchell (hereinafter referred to as Mitchell), to be permanently and totally occupationally disabled as the result of the disease aplastic anemia, secondary to exposure to some toxic agent.
