OPINION
BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment entered for the plaintiff for $5,724.05 plus interest and costs. The trial justice, sitting without a jury, ruled that the plaintiff's security interest in an automobile was superior to that of the defendant.
