This is an appeal from the granting of a motion for a summary judgment by the trial court in favor of the third party defendant in this action, Horace Mann Insurance Company (Horace Mann). The sole issue presented on appeal is whether there existed a genuine issue of material fact on the question of coverage under the policy issued by Horace Mann, so as to have precluded the use of summary judgment.
