This suit was brought by plaintiff, Irion Bordelon, against defendant, Albert Crutcher, for breach of a written agreement entered into between them in March 1964. Defendant answered the suit and reconvened against plaintiff, alleging a breach of the same contract and a violation of plaintiff's fiduciary obligation thereunder.
