Petitioner seeks to void a state court judgment of conviction for robbery in the first degree and possession of a dangerous weapon, entered on October 16, 1974 upon a jury verdict, pursuant to which he is now serving a sentence of seven and one-half to fifteen years, imposed on him as a second felony offender. He seeks his release upon a federal writ of habeas corpus based on allegations that his constitutional rights...
