These cases are before the court on the defendant's motion for release on bail pending determination of two petitions for certiorari filed by the State, and a certification concerning the constitutionality of the Uniform Act for Out of State Parolee Supervision which has been adopted by this State. G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 13-9-1, et seq.
