This expedited appeal challenges an order of the district court granting a motion for a protective order, denying a motion by Westinghouse to compel, and quashing a subpoena for taking the deposition of Mr. Robert Adams, formerly president of Western Nuclear, Inc. Appellant Westinghouse urges that we reverse so that the deposition may be promptly taken and used in defense of an action by several utility companies against Westinghouse currently being tried...
