HUNTER, Justice.

The defendant, Steven Mack, was indicted for first degree murder. He entered a plea of guilty to second degree murder and was sentenced to a term of fifteen to twenty-five years. He later filed a petition for post-conviction relief alleging that he was not adequately advised of his constitutional rights before the court accepted his plea. This petition was denied and defendant now appeals raising two issues.
